At FlockRealm, each product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of artisanal décor items, we offer refunds or replacements only under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement will be considered only if:
- The product received is defective or damaged, or
- The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that meets the following conditions:
- The video must start before opening the package
- The video must be recorded in a single take
- No cuts, pauses, or edits are allowed
- The shipping label and packaging must be clearly visible
- The defect or issue must be clearly shown in the video
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Timeframe for Raising a Request
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handcrafted nature
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)
- Requests submitted without required proof
6. Refund Processing
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a verified defect or incorrect product shipment.
8. Right to Decision
FlockRealm reserves the right to accept or reject any refund or replacement request after reviewing the provided evidence and claim details. Our decision shall be final and binding.
